- Last minute cancellation. - Overbooked, many people were forced to sleep in the lobby or transfer to another hostel. - The locker in my room was taken out without permission while there was my friend bag in it and the hostel staff just scattered it in the bed.

The location was fantastic, situated in a bustling neighborhood with easy access to various transportation options. We loved being able to explore the city easily and conveniently. the rooms were surprisingly well-equipped with comfort and privacy in mind. the bunk beds were comfortable and came with curtains for extra privacy, and the personal lockers provided a secure space for our belongings.

To our stay. the common areas were quite cramped and overcrowded, especially the kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at Campbell Inn. The hostel had a great atmosphere with its nice decoration and the beds with curtains gave me the privacy I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the MRT station. The best part was the value for money, the rates were really cheap. I would definitely recommend this hostel to fellow travelers.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. I arrived early in the morning and she kindly let me check in ahead of schedule, allowing me to rest after a tiring journey. I really got my money's worth at Campbell Inn. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved the multiple lounge areas for relaxation.
